By retaining a copy of the executable in your possession, you also accept the following:
All intellectual property and files contained in the downloads of Dune 2: The Golden Path are property of their respective owners.  Other resources used in Dune 2: TGP are graphics and sounds taken in one form or another from the original Dune 2 by Westwood Studios, which is currently owned by Electronic Arts.  You must legally own a copy of the original game to retain a copy of the Dune 2: TGP executable file.
Beyond the satisfaction of Electronic Arts' (or the current owner of the Dune 2 license) interest in their personal property, I hereby grant that the executable is freely distributable, but may not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, or otherwise modified.  You may also be required to delete this file if Electronic Arts (or current owner) or any other entity with claims to intellectual property (such as the owners of the rights to the Dune universe) requests/demands it.
